In England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland face coverings are now mandatory for customers and colleagues unless medically exempt.

Our colleagues in Jersey are also required to wear face coverings in the workplace.

Changing rooms
and bra fittings

Changing rooms are open to our customers. High contact points such as door handles and coat hooks will be wiped down regularly through the day.

Our normal bra fitting service is available. However, we would ask that both our customers and colleagues continue to wear a face covering during this service.​

Easy payment options

Contactless payment up to £100 is available in store and all card machines are sanitised after every use. Our till areas are regularly cleaned throughout the day.

Hand sanitation

Customers will find hand sanitiser on entry to our stores, at till points and around the store.

Please apply hand sanitiser when entering our stores.

Enhanced cleaning routines

Frequently touched areas like till points, card machines and fixtures are cleaned regularly. This includes stock rooms and staff facilities.

Store returns

We’re accepting returns in store from online, Sisterhood and store purchases, and our Returns Policy is back to normal. Click here for more info on in-store returns.​​

Product demos
and testers

All testers for fragrances, lubes, oils and lotions are available so our customers can make informed decisions on their purchase. Demos on our toy products are led by our Sexperts with strict cleaning routines in between each demonstration.
