We want to share the extra measures we’ve put in place so you can feel totally confident about shopping in our stores when we reopen. We appeal to you to work together with us to keep everyone safe.
We’ve reduced the number of customers allowed in-store at any one time and have clear social distancing markers in place, with greeters stationed at entrances to welcome you into our stores.
In line with government advice, all our colleagues have personal protective equipment (PPE) available to them to wear if they choose. It’s mandatory for greeters to wear visors, and colleagues handling store returns or cash payments must wear gloves. All our colleagues follow strict hand hygiene rules.
Changing rooms remain closed and we encourage customers to purchase and try on at home.
Bra fittings are not available but our expert bra fitters can give you advice and guidance on finding the best fitting bra for you.
Contactless payment up to £45 is available in every store and all card machines are sanitised after every use. Our till areas are regularly cleaned throughout the day.
All customers are offered hand sanitiser on entry to our stores, and hand sanitiser is available to customers at all till points.
Frequently touched areas like till points, card machines and fixtures are cleaned regularly. This includes stock rooms and staff facilities.
We’re accepting returns in store from online, Party Plan and store purchases, and our Returns Policy is back to normal. Click here for more info on in-store returns.
All testers for fragrances, lubes, oils and lotions have been removed, but are still available for purchase. Our sex toys aren’t on display for you to touch or feel, but demos led by our Sexperts can still go ahead, with strict cleaning routines in between each demonstration.
While these adjustments have taken time to get used to, our store colleagues are dedicated to providing the same level of personal service you’ve always expected from us. We want to work together with you to keep each other safe.
