DPD: Fully tracked one hour window

We work with DPD for next day services, one of the UK’s favourite and most reliable parcel companies.

If you chose to opt for DPD delivery, your parcel will be fully tracked with updates by email and SMS (if you provide a mobile number) as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. On the morning of your delivery, DPD will contact you with a one hour delivery window and the name of your driver - no more waiting around all day for a delivery! You will also be given the following options, available both online and via SMS:

DPD Delivery

  • Select an alternative delivery date
  • Have your parcel delivered to a nominated neighbour
  • Have your parcel left in a specified safe place
  • Or collect from your local shop

A signature is required on receipt; if no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with information on how arrange redelivery or collection.

If you chose Express or Saturday or Sunday Delivery when ordering from us, you can track your order via the DPD website or by using the DPD App.
