Who can use our site

Our site contains items of an adult nature and is intended only for users and customers who are at least 18 years of age.

Our site is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom.

People who browse our website from outside of the UK will see products and product prices provided through our international sales partner, Globale UK Limited (Global-e).

Not all products displayed on our site are available to be shipped to countries outside of the UK by Global-e’s checkout due to localised restrictions. We do not warrant that products available on our site (or Global-e’s site) may be lawfully shipped to all locations outside of the UK. For example, this could relate to laws and restriction on importing dangerous goods (such as lithium batteries), or there could be local regulations and restriction on the purchase or importation of sex toys

The provisions in this clause should be treated as an express reservation of our rights in this regard, including for the purposes of Article 4(3) of Digital Copyright Directive ((EU) 2019/790).

You shall not use, and we do not consent to the use of, our site, or any data published by, or contained in, or accessible via, our site or any services provided via, or in relation to, our site for the purposes of developing, training, fine-tuning or validating any AI system or mode.

This clause shall not apply insofar as (but only to the extent that) we are unable to exclude or limit text or data mining or web scraping activity by contract under the laws which are applicable to us.

Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the supply of any products to you, which will be set out in our Terms of Sale (or Global-e’ Terms of Sale, if you are an international customer).

Leaving product reviews

When you upload or post a product review to our site, you grant the following rights to use that content:

  • a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that user-generated content in connection with the service provided by the website and across different media forever; and
  • a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence for other users, partners or advertisers to use the content for their purposes forever.

We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are not permitted to use them without our approval, unless they are part of material you are using as permitted under How you may use material on our site.

Rules about linking to our site

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

You must not establish a link to our site in any website that is not owned by you.

Our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our site other than the home page.

We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a consumer and a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a consumer and a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
