Our sleek, three-piece My Viv Pelvic Floor Trainers is designed to be used progressively to strengthen your internal muscles.

Starting from the smallest 40g weight, coat the ball with My Viv water-based lubricant, slowly insert into the vagina keeping the tail end outside the body and hold in place by squeezing your vaginal muscles. Designed to tone and strengthen your pelvic floor, these weighted balls can help prepare the body for pregnancy, aid in recovery after childbirth and tone the vaginal muscles, which means they can also enhance sexual sensation. Progress comfortably by using them for approximately 5 minutes a day, ideally three times a week, and work towards using the heaviest weight in your own time. You can lie back and relax whilst using, or you may prefer to move around.

After use, clean with My Viv Natural Toy Cleaner and ensure each piece is dry before storage.
