My order is incomplete, faulty or damaged

If your lingerie, nightwear or fancy-dress item is damaged and you bought it within 3 months online, in-store or at one of our parties, just pop it back in the post to us to our freepost address:

You’ll need to include a completed returns form and copy of your receipt or delivery note. We’ll give you an exchange or refund, so remember to tell us which you’d prefer. Make sure you also keep a copy of the proof of postage for your records.

Alternatively, visit one of our stores and we’ll happily look at the product for you. If it’s found to be faulty and still within 3 months of purchase, we’ll replace it.

Please note we’re unable to offer PayPal or Amazon Pay refunds in-store.

If you no longer have your receipt, we can only offer a replacement item or gift voucher to the current value of the product.

If your toy is faulty and you bought it online, in-store or at one of our parties within 12 months, just pop it back in the post to our freepost address:
