My order is incorrect or faulty

If your lingerie, nightwear or fancy dress item is faulty and within 3 months of purchase, whether from store, online or at one of our parties, and you find it is faulty, just pop it back in the post to us to:

With a returns form which you can download HERE, a copy of your receipt and we will send another out to you or give you a refund – remember to tell us which you prefer. Remember to keep a copy of the proof of postage for your records.

Alternatively, if you would like to visit one of our stores we will happily look at the product for you and if it is found to be faulty and still within 3 months of receipt, we will replace it for you.

Please note we are unable to offer PayPal refunds in store.

If you no longer have a receipt we can only offer a replacement item or gift vouchers to the current value of the product.

If your toy is faulty and within 12 months of purchase, whether from store, online or at one of our parties, and you find it is faulty, just pop it back in the post to us to:
