We pride ourself on our Customer Service and that is why you will find 50 full time staff in our call centre operation, ensuring our customers and party organisers get the service they deserve.

Our Logistics hand pick all orders and arrange for the despatch of the goods to all stores, Party Organisers and Internet Customers.

Buying and Merchandising make sure all our product ranges from toys & adult entertainment through to lingerie are current, available and of the best quality.

Our store network is supported by Marketing & Business Development who deal with all the Visual Merchandising for the stores and all the PR and Marketing. We also have our own in-house Design Studio.

Our Retail Operations department deal with all of the communication, timing of communications & support for the stores. We also have a Property Department who are responsible for buying, selling & renting of our retail sites, as well as maintaining all Facilities and Health & Safety.

The Human Resources Department works pro-actively to continually improve the working environment and development opportunities for all employees as well as providing day to day support to the full Head Office and Retail function.

The Finance Team support the entire Gold Group Business including Ann Summers.
