The first thing to remember is that you are still the same you your partner fell in love with all those years ago, but you need to bring her out, and not hide her in a non-stop cycle of domestic chores and low self esteem etc.
Every day when you get up, look in the mirror and say to yourself 'EB, you are looking very attractive today', it will not be long before you start to believe what you are telling yourself, and with that, your confidence will start to return.
