Not only is it free, but as the Hostess, you can receive Hostess benefits * when you party with us.

DO GUESTS HAVE TO SPEND A MINIMUM AMOUNT?

Whilst there is no minimum spend, there is an opportunity to receive a Hostess discount when your guests spend over a specified amount. Not only that but with each spend over £35 your guests will have the option of free delivery direct to their door just like they would when shopping online.

There are also exclusive free gift offers for the Party Hostess so make sure you are the one to book the Party!

WHAT ARE THE HOSTESS OFFERS?

If you are a Party Hostess and your guests spend over £150 at your Party you will receive a fantastic 10% off your own order! If you secure your Party Ambassador two further Parties you will then receive a Hostess Gift. However please note because this gift is a Party Plan exclusive product it will be Non-refundable and Non-returnable. We also have Catalogue specific offers - talk to your Party Ambassador about what promotions will be running at the time of your Party.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE AT A PARTY?

You will be able to pay either by cash or card at a party. Our Party Ambassadors will be able to accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro, and American Express Cards. However we are unable to accept Visa Electron or Laser cards

Please note that unfortunately our Party Ambassadors are unable to accept Ann Summers gift vouchers, gift cards or cheques.

HOW SECURE IS MY TRANSACTION AT A PARTY?

If you pay using your card, our Party Ambassadors are equipped to take payment via a secure mobile phone application at the time of the Party. As your card details are typed, the numbers are obscured by an * and the card numbers are not stored anywhere in the smartphone application or the payment server. All payment requests sent to and from the bank are securely encrypted.

WHAT CURRENCY CAN I USE AT A PARTY?

Our Party Ambassadors can only accept GBP if at a party in the UK. If you are in the Republic of Ireland, you will be able to pay in Euros.

CAN I STILL SHOP WITH A PARTY AMBASSADOR IF I DO NOT WANT A PARTY?

All of our Party Ambassadors social sell directly to customers and would be happy to contact you directly to talk you through Ann Summers product on a one to one basis, there is no requirement to hold a Party.

Just specify in the notes section that you would like to place an order directly rather than at a party, and we will make sure one of our Party Ambassadors contacts you directly to give you the one to one advice you are looking for.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS WHEN I SHOP WITH A PARTY AMBASSADOR?

As a Party Plan customer you now have two delivery options, either have your items delivered for free to your Party Ambassador, who will forward on your purchase to you. Alternatively, choose to have the items delivered to your own address for the same great rates as on the Website:

Orders over £35/ €54.00 = Free Delivery to your address (Up to 5 working days)

Orders Under £35/ €54.00 =

  • Standard Delivery - £2.50 / €4.95 (Up to 5 working days)
  • Next Day Delivery - £5.95/€17.95
  • Saturday Delivery - £9.95/ €30.00

These prices are charged after discounts have been deducted from your order.

If you have the Parcel delivered direct to you, it will arrive by UKMail and will therefore need to be signed for, so you may choose to have your order delivered to your work address.

IS THE PACKAGING DISCREET?

If you order direct we offer discreet package, so there should be no hesitation about sending your order to your work address. Your parcel will arrive in a plain cardboard box with no Ann Summers branding.

If you order your parcel to be delivered to you via your Party Ambassador she may well add her personal touch to your package, so just let her know if you need to be discreet about your delivery and she will be happy to oblige.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS ONCE I HAVE ORDERED?

If for any reason you need to change any of your contact or order details once you have placed your order at a party you will need to contact your Party Ambassador directly – details can be found on your Customer Order Receipt.

We advise you do this as soon as possible in order for changes to be made, once your order has been dispatched, the returns cancellation process will need to be followed, your Party Ambassador will be able to advise further.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED WHAT SHALL I DO?

If you ordered your parcel to be delivered via your Party Ambassador you will need to contact your Party Ambassador directly to find out the status of your order.

If you have ordered your parcel to come Direct to you please allow 7 days for it to arrive. If it still has not arrived after this time please contact Customer Services who will be able to view the status of your order with the details on your email confirmation.

If you have not yet received your order confirmation via email, please contact your Party Ambassador directly who will be able to advise you.

CAN I UPGRADE MY PARCEL FROM STANDARD TO EXPRESS?

In the first instance please contact your Party Ambassador to see if this is possible, you may be able to make these changes if you contact her before she places your order.

However once your order has been placed by your Party Ambassador, we will unfortunately be unable to change your delivery option.

DOES MY ORDER NEED TO BE SIGNED FOR?

If you order is being delivered to your Party Ambassador, you will be able to discuss with her the best method for receiving your order.

If you order your parcel to be delivered direct to your address, it will be sent via UKMail who will require a signature. You may wish to have your order delivered to your work address. Please speak to your Party Ambassador at the time of ordering for more details, who will be happy to advise.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT IN WHEN MY PARCEL ARRIVES?

If you order is being delivered to your Party Ambassador, you will be able to discuss with her the best method for receiving your order.

If you order your parcel to be delivered direct to your address, it will be sent via UKMail who will require a signature. You may wish to have your order delivered to your work address. Please speak to your Party Ambassador at the time of ordering for more details, who will be happy to advise.

CAN I ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS FORM MY ORDER ONCE CONFIRMED?

Unfortunately not, you will have to wait until the parcel arrives and then contact your Party Ambassador about the Right of Cancellation Policy and process.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after it is placed, if you wish to cancel your order please inform your Party Ambassador and return the goods to her in saleable condition. Full details of your right to cancel are available on the back of your Customer Order Receipt.

If you have missed this 14 day period you still have up to 2 months to exchange your unwanted items.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM BOUGHT AT A PARTY?

You are able to exchange your items for 2 months after purchase so long as the items are unworn and in saleable condition. You can do this either via your Party Ambassador or in one of our stores.

We would always suggest contacting your Party Ambassador in the first instance to assist with your return. Her details can be found on your Customer Order Receipt. If you ordered direct, your Party Ambassador's details will also be displayed in the top right hand corner of the delivery note included in your parcel.

Please note stores will be happy to offer you an exchange but will be unable to offer you a refund in store for items purchased at a party. Our store colleagues will be able to offer you an Ann Summers gift card for the value of the product if you are unable to find a suitable exchange at the time of your visit.

HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY PRODUCT?

Your Party Ambassador will be happy and able to help you with this. Your statutory rights entitle you to a full refund for any faulty product bought with Ann Summers.

If you are unable to contact your Party Ambassador please Contact Us or visit your local Ann Summers store who will be happy to advise.

I'VE BEEN REFUNDED ITEMS BUT NOT THE DELIVERY CHARGE.

Your delivery charge will only be refunded on receipt of all goods within the order. If you keep any of the products you will not receive a refund on your delivery charge.
